Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets Important Information
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Shared transfers are only available from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises
- The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
- For time slot-based ticket bookings with transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and prevent no-shows. Refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later.

Prime vs. Non-Prime Hours:
Ticket prices and crowd levels vary between prime and non-prime hours:
- Prime Hours: Typically from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, coinciding with sunset views. These hours are more popular, leading to higher ticket prices and larger crowds.
- Non-Prime Hours: Generally from opening until 3:00 PM and after 7:00 PM. Visiting during these times offers a more relaxed experience with lower ticket prices.
For sunset views, it’s advisable to book an entry time approximately 90 minutes prior to sunset to secure a good spot.
