Visitor Information:

  • Location: AYA Universe is situated on the first floor of WAFI City Mall, Dubai, UAE.
  • Operating Hours: Open Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The last entry is one hour before closing.
  • Ticketing: Once your purchase is completed, you will receive the tickets (with QR code) on your registered email within the next 2 hours.
  • Children under 3 years old enter for free.
  • Accessibility: AYA Universe is designed to accommodate guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone.

Getting There:

  • By Metro: Take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City Station, which is a 6-minute walk to WAFI City Mall.
  • By Car: Parking is available at WAFI City Mall, with options including Carrefour Parking and valet services.
