  • Ticket Policy: Tickets are for single entry only and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced. * People of Determination: Free admission upon presenting a valid ID proof.
  • Special Encounters:
    • Baby Crocodile Encounter: Everyday at 11:30 AM and 04:30 PM.
    • Crocodile Feeding Show: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 04:00 PM.
  • Vehicle Policy (if transfers selected): Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the transfer vehicle.

  • Once scanned, you can enter the Venue

  • One child (ages 3–11) receives free admission with each paid adult ticket.
  • Offer will be valid from 1st July 2025 till 31st August 2025.
