📄 Booking & Check-in Requirements
- Mandatory Documents: Provide a copy of your Emirates ID or Passport for each passenger.
- Waiver: Upload the document copy and complete the waiver form via the provided link 24 hours before the flight. Flying is not permitted without this.
- Contact Info: A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for all tour updates and pickup communication.
⏱️ Pickup & Transfer
- Pickup Time: The exact time is shared between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM the day before your flight.
- Be Ready: Be at your pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays can result in the entire flight being canceled.
- Transfer Areas: Shared transfers are not available from specific zones (e.g., Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Sharjah, etc.). Private transfers are available for an extra cost.
- Time Changes: Shared transfer times may shift by 30-60 minutes due to traffic/location.
🚫 Health & Age Restrictions
- Age Limit: Must be between 5 and 70 years old.
- Weight Limit: Maximum weight is 119 kg. Heavier guests require pilot approval and an extra charge.
- Prohibited Guests:
- Pregnant ladies.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Guests with disabilities (mental, emotional, or physical conditions).
- Individuals with serious heart/knee/back problems, major surgery in the past six months, or fear of heights.
- Fitness: All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in/out of the basket and hold a brace position for landing.

- Luggage: Heavy luggage is not allowed.
- Attire: Wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat shoes or boots (no high heels).

- Weather Policy: Flights are subject to weather. The pilot has final authority to cancel for safety.
- If canceled due to bad weather, you get a full refund or can choose the next available tour date.
- Guest Cancellation:
- Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are 100% charged (no refund).
- No Shows incur a 100% fee (no refund/alternate tour).
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–11 business days.
