Safety and Gear

 

  • Equipment: Ski/snowboard gear, jackets, trousers, boots, gloves, and helmets are provided at the venue.
  • Helmets: Mandatory for all children under 13 years old.
  • Supervision: Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

Activity Restrictions

 

  • Slope Access: Only available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders.
  • Snow Bullet Ride: Riders must be over 8 years old, taller than 125 cm, and weigh over 30 kg.
  • Weight Limits: Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg. Other rides may also have height/weight restrictions.
  • Prohibited Guests: Pregnant ladies are not allowed on activities, and the venue is not wheelchair accessible.

 

Venue Rules

 

  • Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Consumption inside the cold area is restricted to the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant.
  • Penguin Area: Mobile phones and cameras are strictly not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
  • Transfers: Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle if transfer services are included.

 

Booking & Refunds

 

  • Confirmation: You must bring your confirmation email to the venue.
  • Snow Premium: The slot must be confirmed with operations at least 48 hours prior to your visit date.
  • Refunds: There are no refunds for unused or partially used services.
