Roamalot.com Staycation Booking: Terms & Conditions
By confirming a staycation booking with Roamalot.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Guest Eligibility & Identification
All guests must present valid, government-issued identification (such as Emirates ID or passport) upon hotel check-in for security and verification. Unless otherwise specified on your selected package, the booking is valid for 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 12 years).
2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM
Standard check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
3. Room & Meal Inclusions
Staycation packages include a Standard Room with breakfast only, unless stated otherwise. Any additional meals, minibar usage, room upgrades, or other hotel services are not included and must be settled by the guest directly with the hotel upon check-out.
4. Booking Terms
All bookings are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. No refunds will be processed for no-shows or unused services. Booking amendments (like date changes) are subject to hotel availability and Roamalot.com’s discretion; we do not guarantee alternative dates but will assist if feasible.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to availability and may vary at the time of booking. Rates can change due to dynamic hotel pricing or blackout dates (e.g., public holidays, peak seasons). If your selected hotel or date is unavailable, Roamalot.com reserves the right to offer alternate hotels or dates of similar standard and value. Accepting an alternative means no refund will be given.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and Roamalot.com issues a confirmation email.
7. Hotel Policies
All guests must comply with the policies and regulations of the respective hotel. Roamalot.com is not responsible for issues arising from non-compliance with hotel policies, including guest behavior, property damage, or smoking in non-smoking rooms.
8. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
Roamalot.com is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee refunds or alternative bookings in such cases.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Roamalot.com acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for the operations, services, or facilities provided by the hotels. Any service complaints or issues during your stay must be reported directly to the hotel. However, we will support you in resolving matters where possible.
10. Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., early check-in, higher floor, adjoining rooms, late check-out) must be made at the time of booking. These requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.
