Booking and Payment

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Excursions

  • All excursion tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Tour Packages

  • Cancellations for tour packages are subject to the following charges:
    • More than 30 days before departure: 30% of the package price.
    • 30 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the package price.
    • 9 to 3 days before departure: 70% of the package price.
    • 72 to 8 hours before departure: 95% of the package price.
    • Less than 8 hours before departure: 100% of the package price.
  • Public Holidays and Fixed Departures: Bookings during public holidays or for fixed departures are non-refundable and may incur cancellation fees up to 100%.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed as travel vouchers, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. No cash refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process after receipt of the refund amount from the service provider.

Amendments and Modifications

  1. Name Changes: Airlines do not permit name changes on tickets. Clients must ensure names match their passports.
  2. Booking Amendments: Amendments must be requested in writing. Approval depends on availability and may incur additional fees.
  3. Supplier Amendments: Service providers may modify bookings, including changes to dates, inclusions, or prices. Roamalot.com will notify clients promptly of any such changes.

Client Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

  1. Valid Documentation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
  2. Local Laws: Clients must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  3. Risk Acknowledgment: Travel services may involve inherent risks such as injury or loss. Clients assume these risks by booking with Roamalot.com.
  4. Behavior: Clients must act respectfully and responsibly. Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service to clients who breach terms or local laws.

 

Travel Insurance

Roamalot.com includes Schengen-standard travel insurance with most packages. Clients are encouraged to review their coverage and purchase additional insurance if needed.

Use of Website

Copyright Infringement Notice

Indemnification
