- 02 Aug | Almaty City Tour β Breakfast at the hotel. β 10:00: Excursion to Almarasan Gorge to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and fresh mountain air. β Visit Ayusai Center and hike to the picturesque Ayusai Waterfall. β On the way back, visit First President's Park. β Time for lunch at a restaurant or cafe. β Explore the Old Green Bazaar and enjoy the lively atmosphere, fresh produce, spices, and traditional Kazakh goods. β Visit the Rakhat Chocolate Factory shop for authentic Kazakh chocolates and sweets. β Excursion to Kok-Tobe Park by car, a scenic mountain park with panoramic city views, optional fast coaster, Ferris wheel, mini zoo, souvenir shops, and walking areas. β 20:00 transfer back to the hotel. - 03 Aug | Shymbulak β 08:00: Breakfast at the hotel. β 10:00: Proceed for excursion to Shymbulak Ski Resort. β Take a cable car ride to 3,200 meters above sea level and enjoy breathtaking mountain views. β Spend time walking around the resort, enjoying fresh mountain air, and taking photos. β Time for lunch at a restaurant or cafe at Shymbulak or on the way back to the city. β Evening Arbat Street walking tour. Day 4

Overnight in Almaty. β Optional Tour: Charyn Canyon & Kolsai Lake @ AED 399 per person (minimum 30 people travelling together). β 07:00: Departure from the hotel to Charyn Red Canyon, approximately 3-hour drive. β 10:00: Arrival at Charyn Red Canyon. π Booking Policy
- This is a fixed departure package. Once the booking is confirmed, it will be treated as 100% non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments will be permitted. β 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. β Balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to departure. β Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client. β Flight changes / disruptions: In case of cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of domestic or international flights during the travel period, additional expenses including accommodation, meals, transfers, etc. shall be borne by the traveller. β Unused services: Any services not utilized within the stipulated time will be non-refundable and non-transferable. β Seat allotment: Seat allocation is not included in the package and is subject to airline policies and availability. β Personal belongings: Travellers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Roamalot shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items. β Liability disclaimer: Roamalot acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers. The company shall not be liable for loss, damage, theft, injury, accident, illness, death, delays, breakdowns, irregularities in travel arrangements, or inconvenience caused due to third-party services. β Force majeure: Roamalot shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events. Changes, cancellations, credit vouchers, and refunds in such cases will be subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies. β COVID-19 and health policy: Roamalot shall not be responsible if a traveller tests positive for COVID-19 or any other illness during the trip. Related expenses including quarantine, hospitalization, flight changes, extensions, or evacuation will be borne by the traveller. β Travel regulations and government rules: Roamalot shall not be responsible for changes in travel regulations, visa rules, immigration decisions at the airport, or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation. β Third-party services: Roamalot has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties. Any issues arising from such services shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions. β Minimum operating strength: Package is subject to minimum operating strength.
