Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Important Information

  • A child should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering waters.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services, nor if guests are prohibited from entering due to improper attire for the waterpark.
  • No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aquaventure.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Some zones may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
  • Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
  • Sharing transfers can be arranged from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
  • There is an additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
  • The timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
