Dubai Dolphinarium Important Information
- Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences.
- All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park. Tourist can buy a direct ticket from the counter or by Kiosk. Residents can either buy a ticket or use the NOL card
- Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Children under the age of 2 years are admitted free of charge.
- For water activity, Children must be 8 years old or above, and confident swimmers.
- Pregnant women and people with injuries will not be allowed swimming with dolphin
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- For time slot-based ticket bookings with transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and prevent no-shows. Refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later.
- Please Note : Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Ticketing: Once the purchase is completed, you will receive the tickets (with QR code) on your registered email, within the next 2 hours.

- By Car: Parking is available at Creek Park; entry requires a small fee.
