Wild Wadi Water Park Important Information:

  • Transfers: Sharing transfers are available only from centrally located hotels/residences in Deira and Bur Dubai. Additional surcharges may apply for pick-up from other areas. Transfer timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic and location. Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  • Peak Periods: During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue may close 45 minutes prior to the park’s official closing time.
  • No Refunds: There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  • Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.
  • Outside Items: No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed into Wild Wadi Water Park.
  • Attraction Availability: The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Safety Rules: For safety, enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is not permitted.
  • Meal Add-on: If selected, the meal add-on typically includes a hot dog or burger with a soft drink/water bottle.
